Cross Training 316™ originally started as Christian Way Circuit was founded in 2004. It was implemented upon Godly principals inspired by two scriptures in particular, 1st Timothy 4:7-8 and Colossians 3:23.
Why?
For years I've worked in and around facilities that addresses worldly views in regards to fitness and how one should look cosmetically. What I've noticed, regardless of whether or not an individual obtains their goal, most still remain unfulfilled. Additionally, some feel used and cheated.
This is why. Here at the Cross, we keep it simple. This is done by placing your needs at the forefront, physically and spiritually.
Individually each individual will indeed correct and improve in the following areas: core strength, muscular endurance, muscular imbalances, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. As an employer by initiating a corporate wellness program you create a positive, energetic and productive workforce, which in turn will provide meaningful gains for your business. More importantly, it is my sincere pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.

Our Mission
To make a positive difference in the world one life at a time and to share the gift of Salvation with all those we come in contact with.
Furthermore, our mission is more aptly stated through God's own word:
Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the thoughts I think towards you"
says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil,'
to give you a future of hope."
1 st Samuel 16:7
For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the
outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.
Proverbs 27:17
As iron sharpens iron,
So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.
1 st Timothy 2:1-4
Therefore I exhort first that supplications, prayers, intercessions,
and giving of thanks be made for all men, for the kings and all who are
in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.
For this good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,
Who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Bottom line, here at the Cross, we take our ministry serious. We'll develop, and implement a corporate wellness program designed to increase employee's health and increase self awareness and worth, reduce absenteeism, and decrease catastrophic illness that causes health insurance premiums to soar.
Unlike other Corporate Wellness programs, we'll meet the employee on their level and minister to their needs. We feel that if a person is to truly be fit, he /she must be spiritually, emotionally and physically fit.
A man that can stand upright, can and will make a difference.
