Here at the Cross, your important to us, and we’re here to serve you. We believe that the first step to you obtaining your fitness goal is to indeed seek first the kingdom of God and all His righteousness. So that you begin the process of getting spiritually and emotionally fit. In addition to a through nutrition plan, we’ll design a training program that works for you. In order to do so, we must know you. Therefore; we’ll conduct an extensive fitness consultation which will allow us to meet your needs.
At the Cross we’ll help you get back to the basic principles of eating a healthy and balanced diet. You will be more energetic than you have felt in a long time, and you will feel better almost immediately when you turn your eating habits around.

Genesis 1:11-12
